Ashley Mae Young and Thane Lee Ritter, both of Williamsport, were united in marriage at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011.
Judge Allen P. Page III officiated at the ceremony held in Williamsport.
The bride is the daughter of Susan and Andrew Young, Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2005 and received an associate degree in surgical technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2011. She is employed by Williamsport Regional Medical Center as a certified surgical technologist.

Ritter is the son of Randy Ritter and Rose Strauss, both of Williamsport. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2005 and is pursuing an associate degree in information technology at Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is employed by Perkins as a cook.
Maids of honor were Amanda Baker, Watsontown, and Kelly Rein, New Columbia.
Best man was Dakota Fisher, Williamsport, cousin.
Following a trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple is residing in Williamsport.
