A rehearsal dinner was held at Grace Buffet, Montoursville, and a reception was held at First Ward Fire Hall, South Williamsport.

The bride is the daughter of Amanda Hinds, Milton, and Melanie and Eugene Parmenter, DuBoistown. She is a student at SusQ-Cyber Charter School.
Holcomb is the son of Jamie Hipple, Milton, and Dale Holcomb Jr., South Williamsport. He attended South Williamsport Area High School.
Maid of honor was Rebecca Knee, South Williamsport.
Bridesmaids were Gabryelle Alvirena, Milton, and Hannah Hipple, Milton, sister of the bridegroom.
Flower girl was Ariel Workman, Milton, sister of the bride.
Ring bearer was Micah Chiari, Milton.
Best man was William Kepner, South Williamsport, brother of the bridegroom.
Ushers were William Watkins, South Williamsport, and Austin Holcomb, Williamsport, cousin of the bridegroom.
The couple is residing in Milton.
