Announcement has been made of the engagement of Tiffany R. Hartzel, Williamsport, and Benjamin D. Ranck, Lewisburg.
A June 2 wedding at Central Oak Heights, West Milton, is being planned.
Hartzel is the daughter of Sandra and P. Franklin Hartzel, Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2006 and received a bachelor's degree in Bible and early childhood education from Baptist Bible College, Clarks Summit, in 2010. She is employed by Hassenplug's Group Daycare, Lewisburg, as a director.

Ranck is the son of Kim and Steven Ranck, Lewisburg. He graduated from Lewisburg High School in 2005 and received a bachelor's degree in history and political science from Penn State University in 2009. He is employed by the state House of Representatives as a legislative assistant.
