WHERE: Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 39 Paradise St.

MENU: Roast turkey, mashed potatoes, baked corn, string beans, filling, gravy, cranberry sauce, applesauce, iced tea and various homemade pies.

COST: FREE

NEWBERRY

WHAT: Thanksgiving dinner

WHEN: 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

WHERE: West End Community Center, 901 Diamond St.

MENU: Turkey and all of the fixings

COST: FREE

MENU: Turkey, stuffing, real mashed potatoes, vegetables, cole slaw, pumpkin pie and goodie bags

INFO: Deliveries will be made to the homebound and elderly by calling 326-2244, preferably by Wednesday but by no later than 10 a.m. Thanksgiving morning

MENU: Turkey and all the fixings (note, desserts and turkeys still being accepted)

OTHER: Delivery available only to shut-ins and handicapped people between noon and 2 p.m. by calling 323-8401, ext. 10, by Wednesday

NEWBERRY

WHAT: Second annual Thanksgiving dinner

WHEN: Noon-3 p.m.

WHERE: Hughesville Camp, 199 Race St.

MENU: Turkey and all of the fixings

COST: FREE

INFO: Takeouts for those unable to get to the camp. Call 916-9329 to place your order before Thursday. Sponsored by Hughesville Friends Church Outreach Commission

WATSONTOWN

WHO: Open to public

WHAT: Thanksgiving dinner

WHEN: 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

WHERE: First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 400 Main St.

MENU: Roast turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green bean casserole, baked corn, applesauce, pie beverage.

COST: FREE, donations accepted on behalf of Neighbors Helping Neighbors local food bank, takeouts available

INFO: Reservation helpful, but not required. Call 538-5300 for more information

JERSEY SHORE

WHO: Open to public

WHAT: 12th annual Thanksgiving dinner

WHEN: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

WHERE: Trinity United Methodist Church, 1407 Allegheny St.

MENU: Turkey with all of the trimmings

COST: FREE, takeouts available after 1:30 p.m.
