Judges in Lycoming County Court recently sentenced 10 people.
Two were sentenced to county prison. They are:
Matthew B. Beyer, 44, of 156 Stryker Ave., Montgomery, 12 to 24 hours and a $300 fine for open lewdness.
George Camp, 48, of 5189 Route 14, Trout Run, nine to 23 months, three years' probation, a $300 fine and 50 hours' community service for simple assault, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors, reckless endangerment and furnishing alcohol to minors.
Three were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
Wayne D. Hamilton, 40, of 2227 Mahaffey Lane, five years with 30 days in the Pre-Release Center, $7,717 in restitution and 75 hours' community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Jan C. Hornberger, 44, of 944 Broad St., Montoursville, six months with 72 hours in the Pre-Release Center, a $1,000 fine and 50 hours' community service for driving under the influence.
Chelsea L. Lehman, 21, of 162 Fischler St., Wellsboro, 12 months and 50 hours' community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Five were sentenced to probation. They are:
Heather Cohick, 30, of 626 Pine St. Apt. 2N, 12 months, $189 in restitution and 50 hours' community service for retail theft.
Melissa Hill, 31, of 205 Campbell St., 24 months and $3,643 in restitution for violating the public welfare code.
Dazzy Ann Malizic, 45, of 124 N. Bear Road, Forksville, six months and 50 hours' community service for driving under the influence.
Elmer A. Morey, 35, of 8 W. Plaza Drive, Hughesville, 24 months and 50 hours' community service for resisting arrest.
Mark S. Soster, 50, of 102 N. Sixth St., Snow Shoe, six months, a $300 fine and 50 hours' community service for driving under the influence.
