Announcement has been made of the engagement of Kristen Michelle Nuss and Larry Paul Hendrickson Jr., both of Williamsport.
An April 28 wedding at St. Matthew Lutheran Church is being planned.
Nuss is the daughter of Ruth and Jerry Nuss, Williamsport. She graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 2003. She received a bachelor's degree in English from Penn State University in 2007 and a master's degree in English with a concentration in professional writing from Slippery Rock University in 2010. She is employed by the Williamsport Sun-Gazette as a reporter.

Hendrickson is the son of Susan and Larry Hendrickson Sr., Conway. He graduated from Freedom Area High School, Freedom, and received a bachelor's degree in business and information technology education from Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, in 2008. He is employed by Target, Muncy, as an electronics team member.
