Announcement has been made of the engagement of Alyss Evenden and Justin Karschner, both of Williamsport.
A September wedding is being planned.
Evenden is the daughter of Debbie and Tom Evenden, Williamsport. She graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 2007 and is employed by Loyalsock Animal Hospital as a technician assistant.
