WELLSBORO - Ryan J. West, 19, of 142 Scouten Hill Road, was charged by Wellsboro police recently with criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property.
According to documents filed in Wellsboro district court, West allegedly entered a secured room in the home of Lyle and Ann Cline at 86 Fellows Avenue, with an unidentified juvenile on Aug. 6 and removed three shotguns.
According to police, West then allegedly gave one of the guns to Chelsea L. Lehman, 21, of 48 Roseville Road, Mansfield, and the woman subsequently sold the gun for $75.
