Williamsport Sun-Gazette

MANSFIELD - Stephen C. Fertitta, 48, of 1029 Railway St., Williamsport, has been charged by state police with possession of drug paraphernalia in Tioga County.

According to documents filed with District Judge James Carlson's office, a glass marijuana pipe was found in Fertitta's vehicle Nov. 28 at a gas well site at 505 Spencer Road in Union Township.

The discovery was made when another gas well worker was asked to move Fertitta's truck and allegedly found the pipe in a side door well while looking for the ignition key.

He was issued a summons to appear at a Jan. 4 preliminary hearing.
