Barbie Denise Hoover, Williamsport, and Jeffrey Todd Harbaugh, South Williamsport, were united in marriage at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011.
The Rev. Janet Durrwachter officiated at the ceremony held at First United Methodist Church.
A rehearsal dinner was held at Red Lobster and a reception was held at the Genetti Hotel.

The bride is the daughter of Marva Hoover, Williamsport. She graduated from South Williamsport High School in 1979 and the former Williamsport Hospital School of Nursing in 1982. She received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Lycoming College in 1995 and a master's degree in nursing education from Walden University in 2009. She is employed by Pennsylvania College of Technology as a nurse educator.
Harbaugh is the son of Meg and Fred Harbaugh, South Williamsport. He graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 1992 and received an associate degree in general studies from the University of Maryland, College Park, Md., in 1994. He is employed by Kressly Paint and Wallpaper, South Williamsport. He served in the Air Force.
Maid of honor was Jennifer L. Hoover, Williamsport, sister of the bride.
Best man was Mike Harbaugh, South Williamsport, brother of the bridegroom.
Ushers were Ken Durrwachter, Steve Tallman and LaMar "Mo" Richards.
The couple is residing in Loyalsock Township and is planning a trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn.
