Announcement has been made of the engagement of Sandra Rhodes and Gene Clark, both of Cogan Station.
A July 14 wedding at Bastress Mountain Winery is being planned.
Rhodes is the daughter of Shirley and Frederick Heim, Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1990 and received a bachelor's degree in psychology and elementary education from Lycoming College in 1994. She is employed by First Quality, McElhattan, as a parts specialist.

GENE CLARK
Clark is the son of Peggy Clark, Waterville, and the late Marvin Clark. He graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 1988 and is employed by First Quality Products Inc. as a lead mechanic. He served in the Air Force from 1991 to 1993.
