Announcement has been made of the engagement of Chelsi Lynn Kelley and Todd Andrew Kremser.
A May 26 wedding in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, is being planned.
Kelley is the daughter of Linda and Robert Kelley, Renovo. She graduated from Lock Haven University's physician assistant program in 2008. She is employed by Geisinger OB/GYN, Lock Haven, and Jersey Shore Hospital's Emergency Department.
