LINDEN - The Woodward Township supervisors appointed its leadership for 2012 at the township's reorganization meeting Tuesday night.
Supervisors remain the same with Tom Frantz, chairman of the board; Alan Worth, vice chairman, and Wayne Robinson, supervisor.
Hugh McGee, elected auditor, and Lesley Brion and Dianna Bower, appointed auditors, were sworn in with the oath of office by solicitor Marc Drier.
Judy Carpenter remains as secretary and treasurer, Gary Knarr as zoning officer, Wayne Robinson as road superintendent and Dale Robinson Jr. as chairman of the vacancy board.
Ralph Hoyt was appointed to the planning commission to serve another four-year term.
William Michaels was appointed to the zoning hearing board, with Amanda Grove as an alternate, both to serve another three-year term.
Mid-Penn Engineering was appointed as township engineer, and Marc Drier and Denise Dieter of Drier and Dieter law offices remain as township solicitors.
The supervisors decided not to appoint anyone to the two open recreation commission positions, leaving the commission inactive but not disbanded.
The next meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 18 at the township municipal building.
