Announcement has been made of the engagement of Natalia S. Akimova and Lawrence J. Stopper Jr., both of Williamsport.
An April 28 wedding in Williamsport is being planned.
Akimova is the daughter of Liubov V. and Sergey L. Akimova, Voronezh, Russia. She graduated from high school in Voronezh in 2003 and received a degree in computer science and international communications from Voronezh State University, Russia, in 2007. She is employed by Stopper Realty Inc., Myrtle Beach, S.C.
