Announcement has been made of the engagement of Tricia Marie Tawney, Williamsport, and William Andrew Watkins Jr., Jersey Shore.
A December 2013 wedding is being planned.
Tawney is the daughter of Kristie and Gerald Tawney Jr., South Williamsport. She is a student at Williamsport Area High School.
