Announcement has been made of the engagement of Katherine Rishell and Jeffrey Hamilton, both of Williamsport.
A summer 2013 wedding in Williamsport is being planned.
Rishell is the daughter of Thomas and Karen Colley and John Rishell, all of Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2002 and is employed by Springs Window Fashions as a senior customer service representative and technical support specialist.
