Raheem Marcer-Ruley, 21, of Williamsport, was arrested today at an eatery in the 500 block of West Third Street on a city police warrant charging him with a robbery in late October at the Timberland Apartments in the 700 block of West Edwin Street.
Marcer-Ruley is accused of forcing his way into a woman's apartment and robbing her at gunpoint, police said.
"It's not worth a bullet," Marcer-Ruley allegedly told the woman during the holdup in which he stole money, a DVD player and electronics. He was jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.
