13 sentenced in Tioga County Court

WELLSBORO - Thirteen people were sentenced Monday in Tioga County Court.

According to court documents, sentenced to time in county prison were:

Shane O. Mahoskey, 31, of 11526 Route 6, Apt. 6, 45 days to 23 months for reckless endangerment, credit for 37 days time served, fined $100, charged by state police at the residence March 6 after he threw two knives at the victim, Lacey Youmkd during a domestic disturbance.

Jeffrey D. Harrison, 24, of 159 Route 660, Mansfield, 24 months' intermediate punishment with three months in jail for simple assault, credit for time served, probation, fined $100, charged by state police after he choked his wife, Sarah M. Harrison, during a domestic incident at the residence Aug. 12.

Sentenced to probation were:

Shawn S. Hurd, 19, of 1243 Elkhorn Road, Tioga, 24 months for criminal trespass, fined $150 and $300 restitution to Antonio Verrill, charged by state police after he entered a trailer at 28 McCallister St., Tioga Township Aug. 22.

Dawn L. Hance, 55, of 3572 Lower Mountain Road, Canton, 24 months for retail theft, charged by state police after she took 60 items valued at $246 from Wal-Mart on Aug. 17.

Brian R. Demark, 25, of Elmira, N.Y., 12 months, $75 fine, for theft, charged by state police after he took a New York state inspection sticker from a vehicle at Chilson-Wilcox Car Dealership, 8 Cowanesque St., Lawrenceville, on May 9.

Jamie L. Nagy, 19, of 431 Scenic View Drive, Tioga, 12 months for possession of paraphernalia, charged by Lawrence Township police following a traffic stop in Lawrence Township on Dec. 2.

Jonathan A. Boyer, 19, of 101 Pine St., Blossburg, 12 months for receiving stolen property, theft, charged by Mansfield University police after he took an X-Box video game system from the Laurel Manor lounge area on Aug. 9.

Stephen C. Fertitta, 48, of 1029 Railway St., Williamsport, six months for use and possession of drug paraphernalia, charged by state police after a marijuana pipe was found in his truck by another gas employee who moved the truck at a well site in Union Township, Nov. 28.

Sentenced to special probation for driving under the influence of intoxicants were:

Nicholas T. Lovell, 21, of 1067 Blair Creek Road, Westfield, 12 months.

Danielle Stohlberg, 27, of 28 Country Living Park, Wellsboro, 12 months.

Jason Kingsley, 22, of 124 Bradford Road, Mainesburg, 12 months.

Alan R. Dodd, 57, of Springfield, Tenn., nine months.

Fined was:

Brian D. Elwood, 29, of 283 Bellows Road, Knoxville, $75 for disorderly conduct.
