Announcement has been made of the engagement of Sarah Lacy, Lock Haven, and Kerry Regner, Darlington.
An Oct. 7 wedding is being planned.
Lacy is the daughter of Cathy and Brad Lacy, Lock Haven. She graduated from Central Mountain High School, Mill Hall, in 2005 and Slippery Rock University in 2009, where she is pursuing a master's degree in counseling.

KERRY REGNER
Regner is the son of Deborah and Dale Regner, Darlington. He graduated from Blackhawk High School, Beaver Falls, in 2003 and Northern Michigan University, Marquette, Mich., in 2010. He is employed by Allegheny Health and Rehabilitation, Gibsonia, as a public relations director, and also is the head wrestling coach at Beaver High School.
