Ten people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records.
Those charged and the police departments involved were:
Marie Michelle Hengy, of 23, of 178 Hemlock Hill Road, Montgomery; state police; possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Third Avenue on Dec. 26; arraigned hours later and jailed in lieu of $2,000 bail.
Nafis Shadeed Jones, 18, of 1014 Elmira St.; state police; possession with intent to deliver heroin and related offenses, including possession of a firearm with an altered number for allegedly selling drugs and a firearm to an informant at Mountain Avenue and Elmira Street in the city on Dec. 20; arraigned Jan. 11 and jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Brandon Langdone, 21, of Manorville, N.Y.; Penn College police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his dorm on Nov. 9, free on bail.
Avraham Ron Mishory, 19, of Ridge Edge, N.J.; Penn College police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his dorm on Nov. 9, free on bail.
Donovan Jamaal Butler, 25, of 1120 Franklin St.; city police; delivery of crack cocaine and possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine; allegedly make three buys to a confidential informant in the city between Oct. 21 and Dec. 1; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Naifece K. Houston, 21, of Philadelphia; state police; possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine and related offenses for allegedly selling the controlled substance to an undercover officer in the city's Newberry neighborhood on Sept. 13; arraigned Jan. 6 and jailed on a bench warrant and in lieu of $28,500 bail.
Derrick Vincent Draft Jr., 19, of Philadelphia; state police; possession of two bags of marijuana in the 600 block of Route 15 South, Armstrong Township, on Sept. 9; jailed on an unrelated bench warrant.
Kyle David Dehart, 28, of 326 Quaker State Road, Montoursville; Penn College police; possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the city on Aug. 18; free on bail.
Rickie Rysheen Johnson, 24, of Philadelphia, also goes by the street name "Pooh"; state police; possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine and related offenses for allegedly selling the controlled substance to a confidential informant at West Third and Arch streets on Aug. 4; jailed Jan. 12 in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Brandon S. Proctor, 24, of Galeton; state police; conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver cocaine and related offenses at High and Green streets in the city on July 20; free on $25,000 bail.
