Announcement has been made of the engagement of Laura Ashley Duff and Andrew Todd Weaver, both of Lock Haven.
A July 14 wedding at the First Church of Christ, Lock Haven is being planned.
Duff is the daughter of Carol and Gary Duff, Lock Haven. She received a degree in elementary education from Lock Haven University and is employed by Keystone Central School District, Lock Haven, and Jersey Shore Area School District as a substitute teacher.
