Ruthy M. White, 48, of 2785 Bottle Run Road, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
Ruthy worked at the Williamsport Home for 30 years. She graduated in 1981 from Williamsport High School, enjoyed cooking, collectibles and being with her family.
Born May 9, 1963, in Williamsport, she was the daughter of Carlo and Jeanne Tallman Vittorio.
Surviving are her husband of 24 years, Russell A. White Sr.; twin daughters, Melissa L. and Tanya M. White, both of Cogan Station; son, Russell A. Jr., at home; mother and stepfather, Donald Hollandsworth and brother, Alan L. Vittorio, all of Williamsport; sister, Barbara J. (Kevin) Davenport of Montoursville; and maternal grandmother, Mary Miller of Nisbet.
Ruthy was predeceased by her father, Carlo Vittorio and a sister, Nancy Koch.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Knight-Confer's, 1914 Memorial Ave., with Pastor Ron Morgret Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Ruthy's favorite charity, the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
