Nine sales professionals of Prudential Hodrick Realty have been named national award winners for 2011 by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc., a Prudential Financial Inc. company, according to a news release. The awards recognize residential sales professionals who exemplify great sales success in closed transactions.
Karen Newcomer, Marianne White and Kandy Fausnaught were each awarded the Leading Edge Society honor. Jim Shaible, Jodi Wolfe, Kevin Hodrick, Chris Wallace and Frank Velez were all awarded the Honor Society award.
Locally, Karen Newcomer was awarded the Top Seller in Prudential Hodrick Realty's Williamsport Office as well as Diamond Club membership while Dorothy Hakes was awarded the Top Lister. Other Diamond Club recipients were: Marianne White, Kandy Fausnaught, Frank Velez, Chris Wallace, Kevin Hodrick, Jodi Wolfe and Jim Shaible.
"All of these sales professionals exemplify the high level of customer service that has allowed us to thrive," said Bill Hodrick, broker and owner of Prudential Hodrick Realty. "We go to great lengths to maintain our focus on our customer's needs and preferences. These sales professionals have been very successful in pursuing this strategy."
Prudential Hodrick Realty, which is independently owned and operated, became an affiliate of the Prudential Real Estate Network in 1991, the year it was founded. Since that time it has earned a host of honors and, the news release said, is proud to see our agents achieve honors themselves.
Prudential Real Estate provides its franchises with cutting edge technology, exceptional marketing materials and unique tools that have helped our agents succeed.
Attorney participates
in gas law panel
Attorney Dale A. The panelists discussed the impact of Marcellus Shale development on real estate transactions with a focus on raising awareness on issues of concern for real estate agents working with properties leased for oil and gas. Tice specifically looked at how various terms in a gas lease could affect a buyer's use and enjoyment of real estate and the property value. Current trends in the oil and gas industry in Pennsylvania were also highlighted.
