Announcement has been made of the engagement of Caitlin E. Falk and R. Patrick Gallagher, both of Brooklyn, N.Y.
A June 9 wedding in Eagles Mere is being planned.
Falk is the daughter of Amy Cartal-Falk and Robert Falk, Williamsport. She graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2003 and received a bachelor's degree in French language and literature from Barnard College, Columbia University, New York City, in 2007. She is employed as a senior account manager in New York City.

Gallagher is the son of Barbara and Robert Gallagher, Montoursville. He graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2001 and received a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Penn State University, State College, in 2005. He is employed by an investment firm in New York City as vice president of software development.
