Without sufficient evidence to support their allegation, state police have withdrawn a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants against motorist Craig Allen Wheeland, 53, of 653 Old Route 15, Cogan Station, according to court records. The charge stemmed from an incident on Lycoming Creek Road in Lewis Township on Dec. 5.
