Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Tripp, Liberty, observed their 40th wedding anniversary Feb. 26, 2012.
They were married by the Rev. Clarence Walters at Salem Lutheran Church, Liberty.
Mrs. Tripp, the former Diane Fay Brion, is a native of Wellsboro. She is the daughter of June and Donald Brion, Liberty. She graduated from Liberty High School in 1971. She is employed by Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Mansfield, as a sales associate in the meat department.
Mr. Tripp, a native of Blossburg, is the son of Anna Tripp, Liberty, and the late Ray Tripp. He graduated from Liberty High School in 1969. He retired in 2010 from L&K Mills, Benton, as a truck driver.
They are the parents of a son, Donald, Liberty.
There are two grandchildren.
