Announcement has been made of the engagement of Jennifer L. Whitenight and Stephen Paul Bower Jr.
An Aug. 18 wedding at the Jersey Shore airport hangar is being planned.
Whitenight is the daughter of Barbara O'Harrow and David Whitenight, both of Niagara Falls, N.Y. She graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 2004 and is employed by Community Service Group, Lock Haven.
