WELLSBORO - Six people were sentenced in Tioga County court Monday.
One state prison sentence was imposed. Michael L. Stevenson, 47, of 1267 Canoe Camp Creek Road, Covington, was sentenced to serve one to five years for driving under the influence of intoxicants with credit for 229 days previously served.
His intermediate punishment sentence was revoked Oct. 9, because he failed to report an open container citation. He originally was charged by state police following a traffic stop in Richmond Township in 2006.
Sentenced to time in county prison were:
Justin L. Tubbs, 28, of 558 Route 49, Westfield, 4 to 23 months for simple assault with credit for one day time served. He was charged by state police an assault during a domestic incident.
Jessica L. Gordon, 35, of 1683 Bliss Road, Lawrenceville, six months supervision with 72 hours in jail and a $1,000 fine for driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was charged by Blossburg police following a traffic stop.
Sentenced to probation was:
Mac W. McCauley, 21, of 147 C Taber St., Blossburg, 12 months plus $1,057 restitution for a bad check. He was charged by Westfield police for a check written to purchase two firearms.
Corey R. Wilbur, 20, of 233 Agway Road, Canton, 6 months for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. He was charged by Mansfield police.
Sentenced to special probation was:
Brien T. West, 36, of 2218 Newberry St., Williamsport, 12 months for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was charged by Wellsboro police following a traffic stop.
