Announcement has been made of the engagement of Inger Phillips and Bill Engel, both of Williamsport.
A spring 2013 wedding is being planned.
Phillips is the daughter of Eveleigh Phillips, Williamsport, and the late Larry Phillips. She graduated from Adams High School, Rochester, Mich., in 1985, and received an associate degree in graphic arts communication from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 1985. She is employed by Loyalsock Dental Associates as a dental assistant.

BILL ENGEL
Engel is the son of Lucille Engel, Williamsport, and the late William C. Engel. He graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 1981. He is employed by SPX, White Deer, as an electrician.
