Mr. and Mrs. David Lentz, Linden, observed their 50th wedding anniversary March 24, 2012.
They were married by the Rev. Wilson C. Dickert at Maple Springs United Methodist Church, Linden.
Mrs. Lentz, the former Beverly Beck, is a native of Liberty. She is the daughter of James Beck and the late Faye Beck. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1959 and is a homemaker.

Mr. Lentz, a native of Williamsport, is the son of William Lentz and the late Emma Lentz. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1961 and is employed by Avco Corp. as a draftsman.
They are the parents of two sons, Eugene, Virginia, and Timothy, Newport News, Va., and a daughter, Susan Schneider, Jersey Shore.
There are five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
In honor of their anniversary, an open house was held March 31 at the Textron Union Hall.
