Patti A. Smith and Duane L. Bechdel were united in marriage at 2 p.m. April 9, 2012.
They were married by the Rev. John Phillips in the chapel at Crossroads Community Church, Jersey Shore.
A reception is being planned for May.

Bechdel is the owner and operator of Bechdel Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Beech Creek.
Witnesses were Karen and Don Alexander.
The couple resides in Linnippi Village, McElhattan.
