Heidi Elizabeth Welker and Donald Wayne Roupp were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011.
The Rev. David Bechtel officiated at the ceremony held at Saint Luke Roman Catholic Church, Jersey Shore.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the bridegroom's family at Haywoods on the Green, Mill Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Donna and Toby Welker, Jersey Shore. She graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 2004 and from Mount Aloysius College, Cresson, in 2008. She is a free-lance sign language interpreter in Williamsport.
Roupp is the son of Lori and Dave Roupp, Avis. He graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 2003 and is employed by Wm L. Robinson Concrete Contractors Inc., Linden.
Maid of honor was Abbey Welker, Jersey Shore, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Hannah Martorelli, Pittsburgh, sister of the bride; Katie Shemory, Jersey Shore; Melissa Donovan, Crozet, Va.; Sarah Smith, Waymart; Alexis Kohler, Jersey Shore; and Amanda Pauling, Avis.
Junior bridesmaid was Riley Doyle, Pittsburgh, cousin of the bride.
Ring bearer was Dominic Roupp, South Williamsport, son of the bridegroom.
Best man was Bo Gardner, Avis.
Ushers were Chris Hooven, Woolrich, cousin of the bridegroom; Chris Winchester, David Dershem and Joel Cummings, all of Jersey Shore; Kenny Koons, Linden; and Will Ramph, Avis.
Following a cruise to the Caribbean, the couple is residing in South Williamsport.
