Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Earl Luke, Williamsport, observed their 60th wedding anniversary April 26, 2012.
They were married by the Rev. Pointek at Mater Dolorosa Church and are members of St. Boniface Church.
Mrs. Luke, the former Helen Marie Helminiak, is a native of Williamsport. She is the daughter of the late Rose and Peter Helminiak. She attended Williamsport Area High School and retired in 2004 from Rose View Center.

Mr. Luke, a native of Williamsport, is the son of the late Martha and Ambrose Luke. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School. He retired as owner and operator of Mr. B's men's clothing store and is employed by Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Montoursville.
They are the parents of one son, Joe, Williamsport, and five daughters, Linda Marinucci, Williamsport; Chris Hughes, Williamsport; Becky Hopkin, Lawrenceville, Ga.; Joanne Barr, Cogan Station; and Karen DiPalo, Williamsport.
There are 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
