The Republicans campaigned on a platform of Jobs! Jobs! Jobs! in 2010 and they won several governorships, seats in the House and Senate.
They spent the next two years passing laws restricting women's rights, trying to tear down Thomas Jefferson's Wall of Separation between church and state, passing laws that discriminate against Hispanic Americans, laws that destroy union rights and laws restricting the rights of gay Americans. The Republicans are again making noises about how important the economy is. They are making noises about how important jobs are. They are making noises about how important woman and Hispanic voters are to the republic party. Republicans lied to the American people in 2010, but I'm sure they learned their lesson.
We can trust them this time. We need to get the party of fiscal responsibility and jobs back in control of our country so they can continue the fine job the last Republican president did.
