The people of DuBoistown do not want South Williamsport to collect their taxes when the people of South Williamsport can not even get their taxes paid because the tax collector is not here for us. Three times to tax office to pay and she is not there, even though it is stated on our bills that the office will be open. We need a new tax collector.
