Today is National Healthy Kids Day. Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania and many local YMCAs are participating in Healthy Kids Day with family-friendly events that will help families get into the habit of being and staying active.
From noon to 2 p.m. today, the Eastern Lycoming YMCA, Muncy, will have interactive games and activities and a puppet show encouraging healthy habits.
