Twenty-four people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the police departments involved were:
Bruce Lambert Jackson Jr., 18, of 1546 W. Fourth St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver marijuana and related offenses; also charged with him was Andre Scarborough, 18, of 1008 Memorial Ave.; possession with intent to deliver marijuana and heroin in the 500 block of Sixth Avenue on Sunday (April 22); both jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail each.
Annie Marie Frankenhouser, 41, of 620 Allegheny St, Jersey Shore; city police; possession of three bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Maynard Street on April 15; jailed on a bench warrant and in lieu of $3,500 bail.
Robert William Wettlaufer, 50, of 2033 Maple Lane; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Foy Avenue and Route 15 on April 11; sent a summons to see a district judge.
Sean Anthony Smith, 43, of 617 High St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine in the 400 block of Park Avenue on April 10; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Michael Anthony Dredden, 19, of 621 Lloyd St.; city police; possession of three bags of heroin, disorderly conduct and trespassing in the 300 block of Elmira Street on April 8; initially jailed but now out on $7,500 bail.
Brian M. Lucas, 20, of 2306 Spring Garden St.; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1800 block of Lycoming Creek Road on April 4; sent a summons to see a district judge.
Jahvaise Kadeem Murchison, 22, of 1768 Memorial Ave.; city police; illegal possession of 24 Vicodin pills and 12 Percocet pills as well as drug paraphernalia at his home on March 18; jailed on a parole violation and in lieu of $3,500 bail.
Mark Taylor Kuntz, 21, of 808 Woodland Ave.; city police; possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness in the 1900 block of West Fourth Street on March 15; initially jailed, but now free on $2,500 bail.
Thomas Joseph Hall, 19, of Richboro; Pennsylvania College of Technology police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1100 block of West Third Street on March 2; released on $3,500 bail.
Stephanie Marie Mutchler, 21, of 1208 Weaver St., Montoursville; Montoursville police; possession of marijuana at Cypress Street and Fairview Drive on Feb. 22; released on $2,500 bail.
Johnathan E. Holsopple, 18, of Tunkhannock; Penn College police; possession of the painkillers acetaminophen and oxycodone-hydrochloride without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking in the 200 block of College Avenue on Feb. 19; released on $3,500 bail.
Kyle William Ownes, 19, of Philadelphia; Penn College police; possession of marijuana and prescribed drugs without a prescription in the 200 block of Rose Street on Feb. 17; released on $3,500 bail
Shawn Lee Klock, 29, of 791 Saegers Station Road; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1700 block of East Third Street on Feb. 14; released on $2,500 bail.
Noah J. Fox, 20, of 444 Tinsman Ave.; Montoursville police; possession of a controlled substance (ketamine, a prescribed sedative drug) in the 100 block of North Arch Street on Feb. 12; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Leighton Thomas Hayes, 19, of Chalfont; Penn College police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Second Street on Feb. 15; released on $3,500 bail.
Khalil June Fulks, 25, of 1010 Elizabeth St.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of Rose Street on Feb. 6; sent summons to appear before a district judge.
Robert J. Saar, 24, of 1118 Isabella St.; Penn College police; possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of Vine Avenue on Feb. 2; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Jonathan Charles Harris, 20, of Selinsgrove; Penn College police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Second Street on Jan. 25.
Shane M. Tucker, 23, of 2629 Dove St.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of High Street on Jan. 22; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Nathan Michael Utter, 21, of 1052 Hepburn St.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of Rural Avenue on Dec. 30; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Jamillah Arabia Best, 18, of 820 W. Third St.; a county detective; possession of marijuana for allegedly possessing marijuana at Lycoming County Prison's Pre-release Center on Nov. 10; she is released on $2,500 bail; no information available on why she was at the center.
Brittany Diana Williams, 24, of 420 Rural Ave., and Naadi Maliq Lowe, 24, of 1546 W. Fourth St.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of Cemetery Street on Oct. 4; both released on $3,500 bail.
Michael J. Clark, 57, of 1179 High St.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1100 block of High Street on Sept. 1; free on $3,500 bail.
Sean Vincent Parker, 23, of Wellsboro; state police; conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession if heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia at High and Green streets in the city on July 20; recently arraigned and released on $20,000 bail.
