Often a negative event in one's life steers a person down a certain path in life. For Dr. Nicklaus Barnes it was a high school football injury.
Nicklaus, who recently opened up Barnes Chiropractic in the Newberry section of Williamsport, hurt his neck on the gridiron. He went to a chiropractor for an adjustment and was soon back playing football.
After high school, he knew he wanted to go into health care and following college at Clarion University, he began studying chiropractics. He graduated from New York Chiropractic College, Seneca Falls, N.Y. last November.
