Kadar A. Gates-Davis, 19, of 811 Elmira St., was sentenced Monday in Lycoming County Court by Judge Marc F. Lovecchio to a five- to 10-year state prison sentence for delivery of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property.
The teenager sold heroin and a stolen gun from a retired state police officer to a confidential informant, according to investigators. The offenses happened last December, according to police.
