The Pennsylvania College of Technology paid tribute to donors last week whose numbers have swelled to the point where a second wall is necessary to pay proper tribute
A total of 25 individuals and corporations were honored.
But what does the giving mean?
Well, the donated money is used for scholarships for students, instructional materials for professors and architectural designs around the campus.
Our guess is that the giving is needed more now than ever as state and federal student loan and grant programs are jeopardized by budget woes.
That's a problem that will become more pronounced in the future, we suspect.
So a big thank you is due to the individuals and businesses who are on both the donor walls at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
