MANSFIELD - Brian M. Fosko, 20, of Bath, N.Y., was charged by Mansfield police with criminal trespass, flight to avoid apprehension and underage drinking after he was found asleep on a stranger's couch.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, the man went through an unlocked door of a residence at 22 North Academy St. April 29 and fell asleep on the couch.
He was jailed in lieu of $7,500 bail.
