Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 22 people in county court.
Three people were sentenced to county prison. They were:
Jeremy N. Wilcox, 31, Lycoming County Prison, eight to 16 months, 24 months intermediate punishment, two months and 14 days in the Pre-Release Center, $1,000 fine, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for DUI, driving under suspension and false identification.
Miller R. Robison, 54, 58 Sherwood Lane, 39 months, $1,500 for DUI and driving under suspension.
Timothy C. Reichenbach, 19, four to 12 months, 48 months probation, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for theft by unlawful taking.
Four people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Robert J. Kneale, 36, 2725 Quarry Road, Jersey Shore, six months, 72 hours in the Lycoming County Prison, $1,000 fine, 50 hours community service for DUI and driving without a license.
Maurice W. Dowling, 19, 770 W. Fourth St., 24 months, 90 days in the Pre-Release Center, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for fleeing and eluding.
Johnny R. Brock, 30, 2396 Kellyburg Road, Trout Run, six months, six days in the Pre-Release Center, $1,000 fine, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Tarik A. Cobb, 34, 621 Lloyd St., Apt. 6, 24 months, 24 months probation, four months in the Pre-Release Center for simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Nine people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Gerrano Irace, 22, Tobyhanna, 24 months, 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Walter Neil Chapman, 30, 58 Marshall Lane, six months for disorderly conduct.
Bernard Gillespie, 34, 120 Edgewood Ave., DuBoistown, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification.
Bradley W. Rank, 24, 535 S. Main St., Jersey Shore, six months, 75 hours community service for receiving stolen property.
Stacey Joy Danley, 26, Athens, 12 months, 50 hours community service for bad checks.
John H. Gebhart III, 48, 104 Church St., South Williamsport, 24 months for terroristic threats.
Sarah E. Baler, 25, 2416 Grant St., 12 months, 50 hours community service for retail theft.
Ashley A. Bryant, 26, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nykia P. Coleman, 32, 733 Campbell St., 36 months for forgery.
Six people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
Thomas E. Fox, 45, 900 Funston Ave., Apt. 1 for DUI.
Basem Salama, 25, 2135 Stopper Drive, Montoursville for DUI.
Geneffer P. Moore, 32, 2426 Route 654, South Williamsport for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Earl L. Moore, 31, 2426 Route 654 South Williamsport for DUI and disorderly conduct.
Andrew W. Hulbert, 24, 2021 Boyd St., for DUI.
Nichole E. Dalton, 34, 1145 Old Montgomery Pike Road, South Williamsport, for DUI.
