Two people were sentenced to state prison in Lycoming County courts. They were:
Kadar A. Gates-Davis, 19, 811 Elmira St., five to 10 years for delivery of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property.
Debra Perry, 48, 634 Second St., 18 to 54 months, 54 months probation for retail theft.
