HOWARD - The man killed in a one-vehicle crash on Saturday morning has been identified as Michael Spirko, 25, of Watsontown, state police said Sunday afternoon.
Spirko was traveling north on Route 144 in Clinton County's Beech Creek Township when he he lost control of his car, went off the road and struck multiple trees about 10:20 a.m., police said.
The crash still is under investigation, and police are asking anyone who might have any additional information about it to call the Lamar barracks.
