NANTICOKE - Police here charged a Lycoming County man last week with sexually assaulting a young girl he was babysitting in Glen Lyon from 2003 to 2006, according to a report published in The Citizens Voice, Wilkes-Barre.
Police charged James Walter Zerby III, 45, of Linden, with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
Arraigned at magisterial court, Zerby's bail was set at $100,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
