A South Williamsport man faces charges for making unwelcomed and inappropriate sexual advances on a woman in the 1600 block of Dewey Avenue on April 16, according to Old Lycoming Township police.
"It was a dumb mistake. It was wrong to do in the first place," Thomas Brandon Betz said of his alleged actions toward the woman, according to police.
Charged with indecent assault and harassment, Betz, 25, of, of 341 Curtin St., has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge James H. Sortman.
