MANSFIELD - Three people were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants recently. According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, they are:
Henry D. Overstreet, 43, of Livingston, Texas, by state police following a traffic stop on Route 287, Tioga Township, on May 13. He was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail and his preliminary hearing set for May 23.
Neal B. Graham, 37, of 3003 Nauvoo Road, Liberty, by state police following a traffic stop on Route 414, Liberty Township, on March 31. He was issued a summons to appear at a May 30 preliminary hearing.
Joseph M. Heater, 22,of 2303 Pumpkin Hill Road, Millerton, by state police following a traffic stop on Route 15, Covington Township, on March 31. He was issued a summons to appear at a May 30 preliminary hearing.
