May 30 - "Little Sprouts," a series of children's garden programs, will be held on Wednesday mornings at the Visitor Center. Environmental Education Specialist Jane Swift will introduce children ages 4-5 to the joys of planting, tending, harvesting and eating their own produce as they cultivate a plot of bright flowers, fragrant herbs and tasty vegetables. They also will learn about seed growth, pollinators, worms, soils, healthy eating and more. Call to register.
