Announcement has been made of the engagement of Victoria Lauren Motter, Mill Hall, and Paul Guy Fisher Jr., Loganton.
An Aug. 18 wedding is being planned.
Motter is the daughter of Georgette and Larry Motter, Mill Hall. She graduated from Central Mountain High School, Mill Hall, in 2008. She is employed by First Quality Products, McElhattan.
