20 people sentenced in Lycoming County courts

Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 20 people.

Three people were sentenced to state prison. They are:

Tyson R. Bolden, 27, Philadelphia, 48 hours to six months, 50 hours community service for DUI.

Shawn J. McDonald, 20, Lycoming County Prison, four to eight years for possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance.

Mikal Lattimore, 26, SCI Camp Hill, 12 to 24 months, 24 months probation, 75 hours community service for conspiracy receiving stolen property.

Four people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

Tisha M. Bitler, 45, 2115 Riverside Drive, Apt. 3, South Williamsport, six months, 72 hours in the Pre-Release Center, $1,000 fine, 35 hours community service for DUI.

Chad Hawkins, 29, 195 Chadlee Drive, South Williamsport, six months, 72 hours in the Pre-Release Center, 50 hours community service for DUI.

Terrance D. Johnson, 25, 1630 Randall Circle, six months, 72 hours in the Pre-Release Center, 13 months probation, 50 hours community service for DUI and possession of a controlled substance.

Quaheem D. Barnes, 21, 770 W. Fourth St., Apt. 404, 24 months, 60 days in the Lycoming County Prison, 36 months probation, 75 hours community service for theft.

Seven people were sentenced to probation. They are:

Matthew R. Reynolds, 29, 2120 Riverside Drive, South Williamsport, 36 months, 50 hours community service for receiving stolen property.

Benjamin I. Stewart, 20, 315 S. Main St., Hughesville, 12 months, 25 hours community service for theft.

George Hill, 49, 133 Lockuff Road, 12 months, 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

James Lemar, 31, 439 S. Main St., Jersey Shore, 24 months for retail theft.

Kerry Anthony, 38, 325 High St., 12 months, 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mark T. Kuntz, 21, 808 Woodland Ave., 12 months, 75 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher M. Lilly, 26, 724 Krouse Ave., 18 months, 75 hours community service for possession with intent to deliver.

Five people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They are:

Dennis Morales, 22, Tampa, Fla., for DUI.

Clyde I. McAllister, 19, 609 Howard St., for DUI.

Alicia M. Deitrick, 37, 241 E. Central Ave., South Williamsport, for DUI.

Matthew E. Kreamer, 28, 43 Airline Drive, Cogan Station, for DUI.

Rona E. Knepp, 23, Woodland, for DUI.

One person was approved for probation without verdict. He is:

Clyde I. McAllister, 19, 609 Howard St., for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
